I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Traster and the entire team at the Neurological Wellness Institute in Boca Raton. From the very first moment I walked in, even the front desk staff made me feel welcomed, safe, and understood. The entire staff is just as wonderful. They’re kind, warm, and genuinely friendly—many of them talked with me even if they weren’t directly involved in my care. I actually looked forward to going every single day. It became the best part of my routine and, without exaggeration, the best decision I made all year.

We can't say enough good things about services provided by Dr. Mack and his team at the Neurological Wellness Institute for my husband. My husband and I had been searching for answers to his medical problems for 7 years. Our week long intensive at NWI was truly life changing. My husband has dysautonmia, he was really struggling with dizziness, balance and passing out. Since his treatment his dizziness is next to nothing, he actually has balance again, his gait has improved and he hasn't passed out in over a month. (He was passing out just about daily before that). At their Chicago (downtown office) Katrina their receptionist is so warm and inviting, and so helpful with getting you all the information you need. The medical assistants, are friendly and knowledgeable and treat you with care. And the Drs. use testing both before and after starting treatment so you can see your progress, they have open conversations with you without judgement, explain all the exercises/treatments they are doing and what area of the brain they are helping. We attended NWI 3 months ago and have seen such big improvements in my husbands quality of life, with no regression. I took my son here to better support his unique learning style. Zach is a tactile, experiential, and visual learner. Our goal was to help him restore the parts of the brain for better executive functioning. We have gone thru only 12 sessions and Zach has improved significantly. He’s now taking initiative to get his homework assignments done and has better concentration and memory for many of his day to day routines. There is a higher sense of calm in how he manages his entire day. Dr. Traster is exceptional in his capacity to assess his patient's needs and address their symptoms. I went to Dr. Traster to treat complex post-concussion syndrome - I was struggling with multiple neurological symptoms that had disrupted my life--my capacity to work, to sustain relationships, to sleep, to function in basic ways. The doctors I had consulted through my insurance were all mystified by the challenges I faced to recover from my TBI. Dr. Traster is extremely gifted and experienced. He did not shy away from my case. He leaned in and worked so hard to help me recover physically and emotionally. Because of the extreme nature of my symptoms I underwent 5 weeks of intensive treatment. By the end, my symptoms had improved dramatically. He helped me get my life back. No small feat!

First of all, I want to thank Dr. Traster and his entire staff and colleagues very much in general.
This year I visited the United States with my father from Iraqi Kurdistan. After the stem cell treatment in Chicago, the doctor recommended that we visit this staff for 42 days we have to do oxygen therapy,They are really very sincere and very helpful and kind.But we were mostly with Kelly during the treatment. She was a very sweet, loving and kind girl,We hurt him several times but he was very kind and generous. He did his job very faithfully. I especially want to pay tribute to Kelly. Sometimes you meet someone special you are very happy but when you leave you are very sad,Because the special person can never be forgotten.
