Dr. Kelsey Brenner

Dr. Brenner is a board-certified functional neurologist and the Chief Executive Officer of The Neurologic Wellness Institute. As both a clinician and healthcare executive, Dr. Brenner brings a unique and deeply human perspective to leadership. At the heart of her approach is the belief that excellent neurological care goes beyond tests and treatments—it’s about listening to patients, understanding their stories, and partnering with them every step of the way.

Dr. Brenner’s passion for neurological care is deeply personal. Having grown up with a sister who has cerebral palsy, she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals with complex neurological needs—and the life-changing impact of compassionate, coordinated care. This experience shaped both her clinical approach and leadership philosophy, driving her to build a practice where every patient feels seen, heard, and supported.

Under her guidance, The Neurologic Wellness Institute has expanded into four locations in three states and grown into a multidisciplinary center of excellence, where cutting-edge diagnostics and therapeutics are delivered in an environment grounded in empathy, trust, and individualized attention.
